We strive for complete satisfaction for all of our customers. In the event you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us via our contact form so that we may address your concerns. Please read our policies below prior to contacting us.

Returns & Refund

If you are not satisfied with a product you bought, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it for an exchange or a refund. Please contact us via our contact form within 7 days of receipt to request return authorization.

Damaged or Defective Items:
While we do package all of our orders with great care, shipping damage may still occur from time to time. If your item has arrived damaged from shipping or is defective you may be eligible for an exchange or a full refund. These terms will be determined when requesting return authorization. Once you have received approval please mail the item back within 3 business days. If you requested an exchange, we will mail your replacement back within 3 business days of receipt and issue a refund for any shipping costs. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued which includes the cost of the item plus any shipping costs you incurred.

Other Returns:

All items returned due to customer order error or if you simply changed your mind you may be eligible for partial refund. Once you have received return approval please mail the item back within 3 business days. Your returned item must be in its original mint and clean condition and unopened. Specifically meaning the seal must not be broken on the product packaging. Returns sent for this reason but arrive opened, damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise ‘played with’ will not be accepted. You are responsible for packaging the shipment safely and securely. It is recommended that you use the original shipping box and packing material. Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the above mentioned conditions. Alternately, any item arriving in it’s original condition as required will be refunded within 3 business days of receipt. However, you will be refunded the cost of the item, only, any shipping fees will be your responsibility.

TexElec Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Warranty

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality products. No warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. We are not responsible for damage to your equipment or data loss suffered by use of our products.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TEXELEC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUBJECT MATTER OF THE TERM OR THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES, UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR (I) ANY AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS PAID TO TEXELEC HEREUNDER WITH REGARD TO THE CERTAIN PURCHASE ORDER, (II) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF REVENUE OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF USE OR OPPORTUNITY (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED OR CLAIMED BY THIRD PARTIES); EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE OR TEXELEC HAS BEEN ADVISED OR HAS CONSTRUCTIVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, (III) EXPENDITURES, INVESTMENTS OR COMMITMENTS MADE IN RELATION TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE ESTABLISHMENT, DEVELOPMENT OR MAINTENANCE OF THE BUSINESS OR GOODWILL OF CUSTOMER, OR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR (IV) LOSS, USE OR CORRUPTION OF DATA.
